What is EGGX_ERC404

ERC404 is an open-source experimental token standard for creators and developers, which is a hybrid of ERC20/ERC721 implementations. It features native liquidity and fragmentation, providing persistent liquidity and semi-fungibility for Ethereum NFTs.

How EGGX transfer works?

ERC404 is the combination of ERC-20(Tokens) and ERC-721(NFT). ERC404 designed to merge the characteristics of fungible tokens (ERC-20) and non-fungible tokens (ERC-721) into a hybrid form.

  • Conversion Formula: 1 NFT (ERC721) = 10,000 Tokens (ERC20).

  • Transferring a quantity of 10,000n tokens to the token contract will yield n NFTs, and any remaining tokens less than 10,000 will be automatically refunded.

  • Transferring NFT to contract address, 1 NFT = 9800EGGX, 200EGGX automatically transferred to black hole for destruction
